The worked bill is 28.4 MCU and 14.8 SRM. The roasted barley is 2.2% of the grain and 68% of the color units, and without it the beer is 6.8 SRM -- two pounds of roast move the color more than fifty of base.

MCU = sum of (lb x degrees Lovibond) / gal; SRM = 1.4922 x MCU^0.6859.

Morey's color equation. A spectrophotometer reading of the finished beer (ASBC Beer-10) governs.

Morey's relation is published openly.

Estimate. AHJ and licensed professional govern.
