Corrections log

Every fix in the changelog that names a calculator, newest first: 435 entries naming 1,004 calculators. A wrong number is worth admitting and fixing in the open.

This is the whole record, not a selection. It includes mistakes in a formula, a citation, a label, or in how a page or search behaved. An entry can also name a calculator it checked and found right, so a calculator appearing here is not by itself a sign its answer was wrong. The full write-up of each entry -- what was wrong, how it was fixed, and how the fix was proved -- is in the project's CHANGELOG, whose history also has the exact date of every change.
