Required coil face area = CFM / target face velocity, the inverse of the face-velocity check. 2000 CFM at the 500 fpm wet-coil limit needs 4.0 ft^2 (about 24x24 in). A larger face lowers velocity and carryover risk. The coil manufacturer's rated face velocity governs.
