With a self-/induced-siphonage flag when the vent is inadequate. Per IPC §1002 / UPC §1002; the permitted maximum is user-supplied from the adopted table.
Pass if the developed trap-to-vent distance <= the code-permitted maximum for the drain diameter; percent used = distance / permitted x 100; siphonage risk when the vent is inadequate or the trap seal is below 1 in.
